"THE KISS QUILT"

Inspired by a picture in the book "A Child Is Born" by Lennart Nilsson, which shows a kissing couple taken with a thermocamera. A thermocamera measures differences in temperature between various skin areas. My KISS QUILT shows an imaginary close-up of lips kissing in warm reds. To me it epitomizes the importance of touch to humans throughout life. Being kissed by my baby who just learned to give 'kisses' are such sweet, savory moments.
